- To prepare a quote for freight, clearing, transport or hire.
- To contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To process customs and shipping documentation where you engage us.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by the Afriton team handling your job. Where your shipment requires it, relevant details are shared with parties needed to complete the service — shipping lines, customs authorities and transporters. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up work, and to meet record-keeping obligations for customs transactions. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
