Quotes

Quotes are estimates prepared from the information you give us. Final charges may change if cargo details differ from those declared, or if third-party charges change. Quotes are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Third-party charges

Shipping line freight, port and terminal charges, storage, and KRA duties and taxes are charged by third parties and are separate from our service fees. We advise these amounts honestly but do not control them.

Timelines

Transit and clearance times depend on the shipping line, the port and customs processes outside our control. We communicate realistic expectations and update you on delays, but we do not guarantee fixed clearance or delivery dates.

Your responsibilities

• Declare your cargo accurately — contents, value and any sensitive items.
• Provide genuine documents. Undeclared or misdeclared goods may be held or seized by authorities.
• Prohibited and restricted goods are declined. Tell us about batteries, liquids, cosmetics or branded goods in advance.

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited as agreed in writing for each engagement. Marine insurance is optional and recommended for valuable cargo — ask us to include it in your quote.

Car hire

Hire bookings are confirmed in writing with the rate, driver arrangement and fuel terms stated. Self-drive hires require a valid licence, ID and a refundable deposit.
